Regarding the Coogi shoe rating. I understand your disappointment. I listed the the shoes as per the size on the shoe. I am a woman’s size 7 so I would not know how a size 10 should fit. Please feel free to return the shoes.

The right thing to do would be to edit your 1 star rating. I would also suggest you read Poshmark Ratings process. Item was as described, they are size 10.
