crumbhouse @snm6287 hi Sarah thanks for checking in a while ago :) I just sold my first item on Poshmark and I’m not sure what to do regarding shipping. My item is heavy; it is a cast pot. Am I responsible for paying the shipping to the buyer?

snm6287 @crumbhouse hi darling.. if you go to my sales. click in the sale and if you look at the bottom of the page and choose need new shipping label. there will be an option for a shipping label for heavier items

crumbhouse @snm6287 I am trying to set up my banking info on the app but it won’t allow me to click on ‘redeemable’. Do I need to have the item accepted by the buyer before I can set up that information? Sorry to bother you :(
