luxluvs Hello. Thanks for shipping the Roots bag so quickly! however it does not look like the pic you posted:) I assume you took a screen shot of a new one? I relisted as soon as I received, but in good conscience have to lower the price due to the condition or send it back to you. Any suggestions? I have not contacted the admins yet. Thanks!

lovemetwiceshop @luxluvs hello, the first image is the stock photo from the roots website followed by my original photos of the bag you were sent. There were no notable flaws except for regular wear, which was in the item description. Please feel free to open a case and return it if you would like!

lovemetwiceshop @luxluvs I am confused why you are unhappy as you reposted it without adding any additional photos of the poor condition you are describing, and you even noted that the first photo is the website photo? Additionally, you posted it for $40 higher than you purchased it for. Id no issue with that, however it doesn't align with you saying it wasn't worth the price.

luxluvs Hi...thanks so much for the reply! I reposhed right away, but put in the comments for someone to be sure to look at the side photos as the first was a stock photo. And of course, I would be very negotiable. I’m afraid it is definitely more than a little wear and tear as it is stretched out of shape as well as the stitching wearing a little bit which I could live with. I would be happy to get my money back and return.

luxluvs Good morning. I guess you know the rules better than I... I tried to return, however as I hit “accept” , the funds have been released to you, so I cannot. Lesson learned for me. And for you, it might be nice if you posted a real photo on the cover shot in future. I bought on my cell phone, and thought it looked great, so went ahead and bought. Again, my fault, but it might be good for both of us to take something from this. I’ve noticed some other listings say “pic from website” .

I shipped it on the 2nd and it still hasn't updated the tracking :( I reported the issue to posh, but I'm going to send a follow up now as I'd hoped you'd have received it by now. I'm sorry! In this case they usually just refund us both - you may still get it or it could just be lost in the mail
