jennah439 Hey! I noticed you purchased my American eagle vegan leather pants in early December and it still says they are in transit. I thought this was kind of unusual for it to take this long to arrive. I just wanted to let you know that I acknowledge this problem and I am looking into why this is taking so long. Sorry about this and hopefully you will receive the pants soon!

jennah439 Hi again! I finished talking to Canada post and they got me a service ticket. They are going to use my email to update me on the situation. They also said that if I don’t hear from them by Jan 14 I will have to phone them again. I’ll let you know ASAP when I hear from them. Sorry for the inconvenience!

jennah439 @jenn_clelland hi I just wanted to give an update on your package. I phoned Canada Post again today and I got another service ticket. They told me that they would contact me within a week. So sorry for the delay and hopefully this all gets worked out soon.

jennah439 Hello, I just phoned Canada post again and they just told me that I need either your email or phone number for the service ticket. I don’t know why they are asking for it now and not two weeks ago 🤷‍♀️if you want I could give you the service ticket so you could phone them. Or I could add one of your listings to bundle so you can give me your email or phone number more privately.
