very_coole Hi Jennifer, I just sold you that Wilfred dress yesterday. Before I sent it out, I wanted to give it one last quick spot clean, which was a mistake apparently. It has soap residue on it now that won't rinse out for some reason. I've never worn it, and only just handwashed it. I think that it would come out with a dry clean. It's not that noticeable but I don't feel good about selling it to you for the agreed amount. I'm not sure how we should proceed as this is the first time this has happened!
