penkov @ne02 hi I haven’t received my package yet but Poshmark is saying it’s been delivered… both canada post and the Poshmark website are garbage so I’m wondering if you can see from your end where the package is now?

ne02 @penkov hi! omg what is going on! The tracking does say delivered, but Right now the website says it’s in Mississauga. I’m wondering whether the package got returned? I’ll call Canada post tomorrow morning and find out for you

penkov Thanks for your quick reply. It’s canada post… it likely never left Ontario but they didn’t bother changing the delivery date. The delivery address is correct so I feel like it’s (hopefully) just delayed. Let me know what you find out!

ne02 @penkov hi! So I called Canada post and they’re confused as to what’s going on as well. They think the parcel is being returned back to me for some reason because it’s in Mississauga right now?! I have opened a service ticket with Canada post and they will be keeping me updated via email. In any case if it’s returned back to me (hopefully this week) I will send it right back and recheck the details with you. They said sometimes posh mixes up barcodes. Don’t worry! I’ll keep you updated
