shan1961 If you’re a new seller are you aware of the questions on one of your items, have not been answered?? It shows when you were last active so I find this troubling as ppl are wanting to buy your items. It actually makes us not feel any trust when we’re ignored.

jessika_venne @shan1961 it is not troubling. I was away travelling, did not have the item with me and the wifi signal is weak on an airplane. Life happens and the notifications disappear, people might forget once they get back home. What is troubling is how upset someone not answering on a purchase within 24hrs is making you.
