beautymerchnco @jillianwarne910 congratulations on your offer! Once you get an offer you can either accept it or reject it. If you accept it, PM will email you the shipping label and details. There you can print it off and send the item to the customer. Once the customer receives and accepts the item will the funds be released into your PM account. From there you can transfer to your own personal account and get paid! I hope this helps!😊 Tynisha
