Hello this is Sarah! I should have your shorts mailed out tomorrow. My printer has been down and out the last 2 to 3 days and we haven't been able to get it fixed. My husband is printing off the shipping labels today at work. So I should have the shorts out in the mail tomorrow. I'm so very sorry for the delay!

Terrible communication! I was very patient and hopeful that you would be shipping the item but, you did not. Not only did you not ship the item you put your account on Closed for the Holiday! You could have at least canceled the order so I wasn't hanging on to hope. Very Disappointed
