teeniebreenie I never said the lipstick wasn’t opened. You can obviously see in the pictures it’s opened. It’s new and never been used. I don’t appreciate four stars when you can clearly see in the pictures I’m taking pictures of it open. I go out of my way to make all my customers happy.

lunaskyelise @teeniebreenie I understand that, but breaking the seal on makeup by opening it makes it no longer new (it starts aging faster once you open it). And the surface of the lipstick itself was not mark-free. But I trust that was a result of other things scuffing it, and not you using it, hence the 4 stars and not anything lower.
