vintageoracle Hi Julie. If the seller accepts your offer, you'll be notified by Posh. All offers are live for 24 hours. Once 24 hours has past, if you still haven't heard one way or the other, the offer is automatically void. Some sellers respond quickly, others don't respond at all. Some will counter, some will just decline. Hope this helps. :)

vintageoracle Yes, you have 3 days from the day it's delivered to "accept" the item. If it's not as described, you click the not accepted one instead and you have to tell Posh why you want to send it back. Pictures help. Posh has the final decision. Your payment for the item isn't released to the seller until you either accept it, or 3 days go by.

vintageoracle Hi @cinara1 if you click on your icon, you should see a drop down with "my purchases" from there, find the purchase and click on "shipped" you'll see the tracking number. You can copy that tracking number into the Canada Post's page and it should show an estimated time of arrival. Even though the funds have been removed from your credit card, they haven't been released to the seller yet. They won't be released until you "accept" the order once it's delivered.

vintageoracle @cinara1 if the order hasn't shipped, the seller has (I think) 7 days to ship it. If it doesn't ship in 7 days, the money is refunded to your card. Hope this helps!
