cattsia Hi Julie! I had accidentally purchased your LLL navy jacket a few days ago and was able to cancel and get my money back. I just got a notification that you shipped it? I’m just wondering if that’s a glitch in the system.

julieinyvr @cattsia I had put the jacket in the mailbox within two hours after your initial purchase but you then canceled right before the three hour grace period, which I did not know existed. I emailed Poshmark and they believe they can solve this. I waited at the mailbox on Monday morning with the hopes to intercept the package at their pick up time, but waited for over half an hour and had to get back to work. I’m not sure what to do. It sucks. Hopefully Poshmark is able to track and send back.

cattsia @julieinyvr I got your jacket! I had no idea until I randomly decided to check my mailbox. There was a rip in the bag from them shoving it into the mailbox but I checked and the jacket is fine. It says the order is cancelled on my end so I can’t request a return label... not sure what to do there.

julieinyvr @cattsia I’m not sure what to do. I contacted Poshmark. I deleted the listing because I was concerned someone else might try to buy the jacket that I had already sent out because there were many likes. Can you also contact Poshmark and let them know you received it? Or mark the package return to sender??

julieinyvr @cattsia I got a message that said it’s been resolved. I tried to get the jacket sent back to me since you didn’t want it but they said to leave it as is.
