kimnewman254 @ollyposh received a coat in a bundle and there was a rip in the front swan together. This was not in the description of the coat. I would not have purchased if I had known the rip was there.

kimnewman254 I’m not able to send a photo in this feed. Happy to send another way. Needless to say I was very disappointed with the coat to discover the rip. It’s in the front so it’s very noticeable. At this point I think having me return would be another inconvenience. I think it would be fair to discount this purchase and return some funds since the item was not described accurately.

jlkitz90 @kimnewman254 I'm sorry for my mistake. It won't happen again. I don't think it's possible to give a further discount at this point. Poshmark's policies are pretty clear that you need to inspect the items before you accept the order.

kimnewman254 People will see this feed when they want to learn about you as a posher and will hopefully question buying from you. I have never had a problem like this before. Posters are usually quite eager and willing to make things right.

jlkitz90 @kimnewman254 Like I said. I didn't do it on purpose. It must not have been very obvious if you didn't notice it before you accepted the purchase. Have you returned something and had someone e-transfer you money before? Or e-transfer you a discount?

kimnewman254 @jlkitz90 oh…it was noticeable as soon as I put on. My mistake for accepting before looking. Once before I had someone credit me for a missing item. I’m happy to return the item. It’s been less than 3 days. I don’t think I should spend the money on something that is not what I thought I was getting.
