I package well and do my best to get items out the door fast! My average turnaround is 1-2 days from purchase, but I will keep you informed if it could be longer. I always use recycled packaging and materials, and I ship from a non-smoking, dog friendly home. I am very sensitive to fragrance, so items are all laundered on ECOS plant based detergent, designed for sensitive skin and typically hung to dry.
