kacieaudrey @mallorymacivor hi there!! Thank you for looking into this. Sorry for the delayed response. No I did not cancel the order! It won’t let you cancel the order for 10 days after purchase. So that wouldn’t be until July 6, making it impossible for me to cancel it on my end!

kacieaudrey On my end it still says pending shipment scan? I don’t know how or why Poshmark could cancel it after you’ve dropped it off? That’s very strange! I would contact them again from your end and I’ll send an inquiry as well. Thanks!

kacieaudrey @mallorymacivor maybe Canada day disrupted it? Did you drop it in a mailbox or at the post office? Sometimes when I drop in the mailbox the scan doesn’t appear for a few days compared to when I drop it at the post office.

mallorymacivor @kacieaudrey yes! Poshmark manually put that because I contacted them however I’m still waiting to see some activity! We just have to be patient! I honestly think they forgot to scan it when I dropped it off! 🙄

kacieaudrey @mallorymacivor hahah honestly I’m having the same thing happen with a package I’ve sent out too! I think it’s an amalgamation of Canada delays, COVID delays and improper scanning! I’m sure it’ll end up here eventually 🤞🏻
