sonya22222 Hi kacy. I received the purse and I’m a little disappointed. The listing described it as M/L. But it is definitely not. It’s small Small to medium at best. I would prefer to return the purse to you. How can we fix this? The purse is lovely but not as expected. Thank you in advance for quick resolution.

kacy4tella @sonya22222 Hi. I’m sorry you feel that way, however I did include the specific measurements in the listing as well as a photo of it on me for a better idea of it’s size. It may not be a M/L to you, but in my opinion it is, it’s definitely not small. I am so sorry, but my description of the purse was very clear and I was transparent with all of its features, therefore I don’t think this warrants a return.
