Hi, I'm writing to follow up on your order of the Zara cardigan. I have opened a ticket with Canada post re the shipping delay, unfortunately they have not responded to my request for investigation. The ticket number is 0136294522 for your reference. All they told me was that they are experiencing significant delays due to covid 19, and won't be able to do anything until 21 days after shipping.

Alternatively you can contact poshmark, as they would have better knowledge about the shipping situation, and more leverage with Canada post as a business client. Apologies for the delay, hope you receive the package soon. Let me know if you need help with anything else.
