alkhanson Hi Kaitie! Thanks so much for your purchase! This is a beautiful bag - in pristine condition. It's also about 25 years old! To keep it in good shape over the years, I rubbed it with melted coconut oil. I've checked it over pretty carefully but - if you see any white spots on the leather - this is what it is (and it can be rubbed out). You live in Toronto, so this bag will be great for you! I honestly thought (and think) that this bag is in excellent condition (excellent - but not pristine) for a leather bag more than 25 years old. However, I DO understand that your expectations of this bag were not met and I will be happy to accept a return. 🤗Poshmark also has this message from me.
