jjroy007 The woman at the post office said it was definitely put in the mail but volume was so high that it probably pooled with all the other pkgs but will be scanned somewhere along the way. I was given a phone # to Canada Post re: tracking but told to wait until next week because post office not open during holidays, incl Mon/Tues.

kkajtar @jjroy007 it may not have been scanned yet due to the holidays but I'd like the tracking number to set up in my Canada Post app to receive notifications once it's scanned. 😊

jjroy007 This concerns me… But you stated above that it WAS in the system? Expected today, right? I have yet to receive anything related to tracking. Will call first thing in the morning. Am really hoping you find it in your mailbox tomorrow

kkajtar @jjroy007 Poshmark sent me an email saying they contacted you by email and you hadn't responded and that I could submit for a refund. I'd rather have the purse lol

jjroy007 I am from Belle River, Ontario. And I absolutely DID respond to Poshmark. I responded immediately, sending note to them re: late send due to holiday. I received a response from them! I will sent another note to them right now:(

jjroy007 He did see that delivery date was yesterday & it should be updated for you today since it is delayed. Hopefully delivered today but if not, a revised ETA.

jjroy007 I did sell something since, drop off at PO & it started tracking that day! (As it should have, right?) Mailing during high-time of holidays + increasing covid alarm = bad combination

kkajtar @jjroy007 the way it looks is that you've only generated a label. the post office never scanned it at any point so whoever was working never scanned it. that being said, I've received parcels that have never been scanned so fingers crossed it just appears. Tip...always ask for a receipt. that means they have to scan it to generate one.

kkajtar @jjroy007 more like laziness. they took it from you and put it in a bin for dispatch without scanning. always ask for it to be scanned and get a receipt.

jjroy007 Ok… went to post office & had a discussion with the lady in charge. Told her I have a problem with having a package being mailed under expectation that it will be, indeed, scanned & mailed. That is their responsibility. And quite obviously that was not done. I asked her to explain how this situation could have happened. In the end, she will do inventory of her back room to see if any packages there that accidentally got missed being mailed 🙄. She took my name & number.

jjroy007 So, I guess Poshmark has cancelled your order. I am very frustrated. I sent them a 5th email detailing this situation. I am now wondering what happens when you do receive the purse & how I will be reimbursed for the item? I am believing it will eventually make its way to you. I will wait for Poshmark’s response. In the meantime, I am believing in your honesty when the package does come… Again, I am so sorry.

jjroy007 BTW - The lady from the post office did an inventory of her back room & no package. She swears she sent it out but volume so high, she must have missed scanning it. She did say, like you did, that packages often do arrive at destination eventually. This holiday season had unusually high volume. Canada Post will continue to investigate.

kkajtar @jjroy007 if it never arrives, you have insurance with expedited parcels that covers up to $100. if I receive it I will absolutely let you know and figure out how to get payment to you.

kkajtar @jjroy007 it doesn't look like Poshmark has cancelled it on my end. if Canada Post has opened up a ticket, then they'll probably refund your money once they conclude their investigation

jjroy007 I called today & they said my info was in the system. Nothing to report. I’m wondering if that is how investigations go? No one has called me to ask specifics (post office I mailed pkg, destination, etc…). I don’t have much faith in them. But somehow I have faith the purse will find its way to you…
