simchastyle I am quite disappointed that a posh ambassador would have given such a comment " could improve" to new items, nicely packed and shipped expeditiously ( the same day). A thank you would have sufficed. Had I noticed that the belt loop was loose I would have fixed it or disclose it. I do not believe it was loose. My items are impeccable and I take pride in that. I make note not ever to buy,share or offer anything to you.
