From my end I can see that the boots were delivered to your address on October 11th (yesterday) and it reads “pending acceptance”. Did you receive a card in your mailbox indicating that you have parcel to pick up?

So i was under the impression the dress had never been worn but the silk looks faded grey from wear and the straps are piling. im sure this is an honest mistake and im not into giving bad reviews but i was expecting something a little different. im not sure what to do in this case but i can most definitely send the dress back to you and still give a grear review. please let me know. thanks!

special_k_ca @mariejc0622 wow, I’m sorry to hear this. I bought the dress new and it’s never been worn. I’ve tried it on a few times but decided it wasn’t the right fit for me. Perhaps other people tried it on as well? I did not see it as faded, the colours are muted. This being said, please feel free to return it if you are unhappy with it. I’m not sure how this is done. Please write to Poshmark. I have no problem accepting it and giving you a full refund.

pipergl I was not sure how best to contact. I have ordered a couple of items from you and the first was terrific and both were shipped quickly. I just took the Ann Taylor pants out of the wrapper to wear today and there is a large hole behind the seam of a back pocket. When you lift seam the hole is almost the size of my thumb. I have a photo. I wanted to pass this on as I have not had this happen before (had provided positive feedback earlier before based on my prior experience). Thank you.
