@poshipipi I do have a question, thank you. I have been offered free shipping on my first purchase which expires tonight at midnight, but I do not see any code to enter and I am just wondering how this will work? thanks again, Kathy

@kstan5 That’s a good question! The system may do it automatically. I haven’t come across this yet. Maybe check the FAQs.

I have checked the FAQ's and other sources online to no avail. I also put in an offer on an item and when the summary came up, it did not show free shipping but instead used my $15 credit and I don't know how to change this. I also contacted support with no response (yet). Thank you for your reply.

@kstan5 Support usually takes a day or so, so don’t worry
about it. They can always apply a credit to your account.
