inthedark Hi Kay. I was just about to go mail your harness but while packaging and cleaning the straps what I thought were water spots are slight flaws in the pvc. There seem to be about a 6 spots throughout. They are the same color as the material so it’s not very noticeable and they are quite small. I’ll gladly cancel the order if you’d like. I’m so sorry about all this.
