kayliescl0set @mahalia1980 Thank you so much for reaching out to me. I’m sorry for my late reply back to you as I have been dealing with a very serious family emergency. I’m so terribly sorry that the shoes do not fit properly. They are brand new and have never touched the outdoors. They were also described exactly as they are.

kayliescl0set @mahalia1980 Which is brand new. A typically larger women’s size 7 and in perfect condition. I feel really awful that they don’t fit, but I’m happy that you find them lovely. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, let me know what I can do to make it better.
