kikitza23 Hello, could you help? A posher under the name wonderfuloset purchased an item from you on nov 9. They have a listing for a lv and I fell like a fool to purchase for less outside pm. No answer anymore to messages of course. Would you be willing to share their name? From the address you sent to? They appear to be in BC. Thank you very much.

keiracollective @kikitza23 hey girl, I am sorry but it doesn’t feel right to give out that information as it is personal. When did you purchase the item? Due to Covid there could be delays with shipping. I also believe poshmark gets designer items authenticated before they are sent to the buyer? this could add on time to the shipping process. Otherwise I recommend contacting poshmark support, they should be able to help refund the purchase if it was a scam!

kikitza23 @keiracollective I understand. I have let poshmark support know and will file a police report. We texted outside PM and I foolishly sent her 200. This was Tuesday Nov 10. Of course she is no longer responding. Never happened to me before. This is not PM fault, I know and o one forced me but myself it’s just I would like to provide as much information as possible .

keiracollective @imagebyisabel Hello! They got back to me and said by their records the tracking last updated December 2nd. They said they will keep us updated and that if they haven't provided an update by the 12th to reach back out. Fingers crossed the package shows up soon! I will keep an eye on your tracking, but please let me know if anything comes up. If they update me of course I will follow up accordingly. Thank you for your patience!
