kapedersen @vikitree because I accepted the item before I saw the stain I am not able to get a refund as per poshmark. I question whether the item was actually even brand new due to the stain and there was not store tag on it. The “bella dahl” tag as you know is only secured with a pin which can be attached to any bella dahl item but there is no secured store tag on it. Perhaps this is how you purchased it. Lesson learned for me:(

kapedersen @vikitree thank you for the message. I have messaged them twice and the response has been a definite “no” to a refund because I accepted the item. What could I possibly say in a 3rd message to get posh mark to change their mind? They have credited my account $30 for my “inconvenience”.
