nataliyawintrup Thanks for opening a case. I sent 3 packages that day and must have swapped the labels. I am so sorry. The other person though accepted the package with the necklace and never reported it as a wrong item at all. I have sent a message back to support and hopefully will hear back soon. Again, I apologize for the mix up. Stay Tuned as I have never gone through this process before.
