leemillerfan @ddl1017 Hi Kerri - I apologize for not being able to get to it earlier! Yes - the coat fits on the small side def and 30.5” is what I’ve measured so would say XS as there is also fur on the inside. It’s too snug on me which is why I am selling it. Hope this helps xo
