snippycat Hi Kim, I’m sorry that you are unhappy with the frames, I didn’t realize any piece was actually broken. I thought the arm was just loose and required tightening. I’m certainly no expert in that department so I never fussed with it too much. Again my apologies.

kims1979vet @snippycat hey there... no problems. I'm going to go to my Optometrist office and see if I can order a part. Most times they will only send a complete temple which is usually pretty costly...but we'll see :)
