macleash2002 Hello I bought a brand new pair of your shoes the blue gradient snd I’m wearing them for the first time today and the end part of the heel fell off. I’m not sliding everywhere at my work. I’ve advised poshmark as this is not acceptable for a supposedly brand new pair of shoes. Please let me know what you will do.

forever_heels @macleash2002 Hello. We are sorry to hear about this situation. We believe you are saying that one of the heel tips fell off. This heel tip might have been caught on something inadvertently. When we sent your package, we included a pair of spare heel tips. Please check to see if the heel tips are in your shoe box. You may use a little glue and a hammer to drive the heel tip back on the heel. Otherwise, you may ask a cobbler for assistance.
