@gorsalito oh, it’s very easy to put a needle inside! Just put it in with tweezers. Grab the needle and put it inside the pen, leave the thin side outside for work. You can actually use any gel that used for laser treatments.

@gorsalito should work perfectly! Take a needle with tweezers and put it deep into a hole on the black pen. Leave only a tiny part of a needle outside. Before use, electrode should be connected and client should hold it. Without electrode connected machine will not work

@kmalychevskaia I did everything as you explained, but the pen in which the needle is inserted does not have a contact, the cable on the pen is damaged. Either tell me where to buy a new pen or return your product. I have paid a lot of money and the pen does not work.

@gorsalito I just checked online and this exact machine costs over $1200 dollars now! You can ask Poshmark how to return it, unfortunately, we can't do it privately because they charged me $160 out of $550 for their service. So I got only $440 after selling it.
