lauratoronto @lancehilton932 I called LV today and unfortunately they weren’t able to find this particular item on my profile. It’s possible that the sales associate didn’t enter it, or entered it incorrectly at the time of purchase. I’m sorry 😐

lauratoronto Hi Lance, just wondering why you changed my rating? The item is in excellent condition and exactly as described including dust bag. The ad did not say that the receipt was included. I tried my best to get a copy, however it’s been 14 years. It retails for $300+HST = $339 so you saved $74. Poshmark commission fee is 20% plus HST on my sale, I’m left with a profit of $200 😟 so I lost money on this. If you are not 100% satisfied I am more than happy to take it back for a full refund.

Excellent means that there is perfection in the item without any criticism! I didn’t mean to be rude ... I’m sorry if it appeared that way .. the receipt would’ve been nice...
