kimhendricks88 Hey! I just wanted to let you know I reached out to Canada Post about your jeans! I have no idea what they are doing or what is going on. Says out for delivery March 3, then re-routed due to processing error. But then no further updates. I had them open an investigation and they advised me that if there are no updates by March 16 they will advise me on the next steps. I apologize for the inconvenience, so frustrating! I certainly hope you get your jeans soon.

laurelcarrigan @kimhendricks88 hi Kim. I’ve reached out to Canada post as well.. just bizarre as usually once they get to Victoria it’s the next day.. I’m not in a panic for them but it would be nice to know where the heck they are!!

kimhendricks88 @laurelcarrigan hey! I just wanted to check in, did you get a refund for your jeans? I keep getting emails from Canada Post asking me for the same information again and again, and then telling me they can’t do anything. So I emailed poshmark and they credited me, just want to make sure they credited you as well? I can’t figure out what Canada Post is doing!

laurelcarrigan @kimhendricks88 hi no, no refund and no jeans.. Poshmark asked me to let them know if I don’t have them by tomorrow.. I’m doubtful.. I will follow up with them then. I’m heading on holiday on Saturday so after that I’m not sure what to do..

kimhendricks88 @laurelcarrigan ugh, how frustrating! I have sent Canada Post everything they have asked for, multiple times and I feel like they are just going around circles. Please let me know, if they don’t refund you, I will etransfer you the cost myself. I’m so sorry.

kimhendricks88 @laurelcarrigan I had it happen over Christmas time (on something I was waiting for) but I did end up getting it eventually. But it was bonkers. It took such a weird route, but it did actually show on the tracking. This ones seems to have just vanished!? I certainly hope they find them and they get to you one of these days! Anyways, I hope you have a fantastic holiday!
