ritzyposher Good morning, This is Kidzposh and I am so sorry but I had to cancel your order for the lululemon jacket as two of the small (interior) metal clasps (not the lululemon rings, but the small interior flap clasps (on one side) had come off as I was preparing your jacket for shipment and I felt it was not fair to you to ship it in light of what just happened. I'm going to repair it at lululemon and if can be repair,will contact you asap first to see if you are interested. My sincere apologies

dhunt1976 Hi I’m not sure if this is the only way to message you but regarding your order of the hollister jacket , I was packaging another order and my 3 year old decided to get a pair of scissors and cut the sleeve about half of s centimetre. It’s very small but I’m not sure if you still want it . So sorry about the inconvenience. Can you please let me know if you want it canceled
