Okay - I've just been able to message Poshmark with a screenshot of the tracking information. This is VERY upsetting because I used the label provided by Poshmark and you should have received the dress by now. Poshmark is slow in returning messages, so I'll just need to wait ... I am soooo sorry that this has happened.

@alkhanson Poshmark did reach out to me to confirm my shipping address. I have received items via Poshmark before so you would think the shipping labels would be right. Hopefully they are working on it diligently. My wedding is Nov 6! Hope your emergency is working itself out. Thanks

@grizzleexfit Thank you! It was a quick trip the the vet clinic for our puppy who was recently spade and was having difficulties. They’re keeping her for observation. Sorry if I made it seem that it was a ‘human’ emergency but she IS a member of our family 🤗 I wrote to Poshmark last night and - among other things - asked them what reassurance they are offering that the same thing won’t happen again? They haven’t replied yet 🙄

@grizzleexfit Hi. Poshmark has sent me a new label, so Im waiting for it to come back to me. BUT - it seems to be sitting in Barrie, so I’m wondering if they’ve decided that they CAN, in fact, deliver it 🙄. Bye - our puppy is good - she had just been spade and her incision area was looking infected and discharging 🤢 Antibiotics are miraculous things! This is our ‘COVID pup’ and it’s like having a baby! 🙄

Hi Lee-ann. I've just written to Poshmark (again!) because - based on tracking - the dress seems to be sitting in Barrie (and has been for several days). I honestly don't understand why this is happening. I used the label that Poshmark provided and took the package directly to the post office on Sept 25. I let Poshmark know (again!) that I am concerned about the package and have asked them (again!) to please look into what is going on. My secret hope is that it's on its way to you ...

@alkhanson thanks so much for trying! This is very frustrating and I have never seen a package sit so long anywhere. I also emailed Poshmark who won’t or can’t do anything until 10/9. I tried online chat with Canada Post which said it is in transit even though no status updates are shown online. Hopefully it is actually moving and one of us will receive it soon.

@grizzleexfit Argh! I’m sorry 😱. This parcel was put in the mail on September 25. It made it all the way to Ottawa before turning back to Barrie - 45 minutes away from here. I have to think (hope) that it’s turned around again and is headed back your way - otherwise someone could have walked it here from Barrie! I’m optimistic that it will be delivered to you. 🤗🥂

They suggested you contact them and ask for a redirection to my address using the tracking number. They will not tell me why it is just sitting in Barrie.

I apologize for the ridiculously late reply (above). I got your message as soon as you sent it and replied immediately BUT something was the matter with the Poshmark site and it wouldn't let any post go through until THIS MINUTE! Argh! So frustrating because I HAD NO WAY of getting in touch with you! In the meantime, I wrote to Poshmark and told them that it was really their job to contact Canada Post because they were the providers of the label. And they have all the original information!

@alkhanson I used the online chat with Canada Post. Poshmark told me they could not do anything because you are the sender. I asked them to email you with tracking number and address but they have not responded. In each message they say we have to wait until 10/9 for Canada Post but if you can get them to redirect it back to me tomorrow that would be ideal!
I really appreciate you trying to help fix this when it is not your fault at all!

@alkhanson the impression I had from Canada Post was that only the sender (you apparently not Poshmark) can do a redirect.

I went to the tracking package page on CAnada Post and in the bottom right corner there is a chat icon. You get the virtual assistant at first but eventually connect with a human. You can type that you want to do a redirect

Hi - OMG! I was just online with Canada Post. I gave the person all the info, including having to detail exactly what was in the package. Whoever I was speaking to doesn't know exactly where the package is right now, but will keep me updated with emails. In turn, I will let you know whenever I hear something. :-)

Okay - I got through to a specialist who gave me his direct #. Apparently it IS coming back to me (walking?) BUT if I haven’t received it by noon tomorrow, I have to call him. In the meantime, have you made changes to your address with Poshmark? I’ll need to get a new label from them and then I’ll take it to the post office as soon as I get ot👍. I’m so sorry this has happened to you - especially for a wedding dress! 😕

The only difference to my address is putting Orleans instead of Ottawa. Both are correct so you can use the ones you have.

@grizzleexfit So- the package didn't arrive today and I called (and left a message) for the postal 'specialist - I have his direct line now! In the meantime, Poshmark has decided the package is lost and refunded your money. BUT the package STILL might be returned to me and I still have a mailing label from Poshmark for you. Do you still want to buy this dress and have me send it to you? You can just let me know - and let me know if there are changes to the address label I should make.
