shopmayanmoon @alves3 congratulations!! 🥳💖 Poshmark holds onto the funds until your package is received by the person who ordered it. You will get an email from Poshmark with the shipping label. Print then and attach it to your packed item and mark the payment as shipped in your “my sales” tab on the home page. You can track the shipments progress from there as well.

shopmayanmoon @alves3 Once the purchaser of your item accepts the parcel, the funds will be released to your Poshmark account. When that happens, go to “my balance” then select “redeem my Poshmark balance” and your funds will be transferred to the banking account you provided upon account set up ✨ It sounds more complicated than it is haha Hope this info helps! alves3 @shopmayanmoon great, so right now my account has my credit card info as I made a purchase. I do not want it in that credit car. I would prefer direct deposit

shopmayanmoon @alves3 if you haven’t inputted your banking info yet, I believe you will be prompted to do so once you request to redeem your first payment (under the “my balance” tab). Not to worry, the payment won’t go to your credit card!!
