I contacted Mackage and because i don't have the receipt from Nordstrom. they said they would fix the tear on the seam but i would have to pay. the tear is on the left arm at the back. Im not sure how much it would be to fix. If you are still interested.. i can create a new listing and go from there. I can let it go for 380
