thriftedsteph @mvickers726 Honestly I’m beyond frustrated too. It’s unfortunate that you’re being made to wait so long when it’s very clear you should be refunded. As long as you know I’m on your side and helping as best I can to “nudge” this case along LOL. Fingers crossed it wraps up today or at least by the weekend. Stay positive okay, we are both on it 💖
