wynzmh hi Lisa, PM says that I've received my order, but I havent seen it. was it sent by mail or purolator?

studsandtiaras @wynzmh it was returned to me today, it was sent by purolator. Tracking says it wasn’t picked up. Please don’t accept the order, you’ll have to start a case to make sure the money is released back to you or ask for a new shipping label and I can reship with Canada post.

studsandtiaras @wynzmh it’s ok, it happens. Purolator wasn’t the best shipping service. I’m so glad they got rid of them. Make sure the mention that when you start a case. Starting a case is the only way to short this out.
