I really wish you would have reached out to me prior to making a case just because a plastic bag was not included. I can assure you the item is brand new and never had actual tags attached, it was just in a plastic manufacturer bag. I guess I should be more specific on that. I feel like we could have handled this without a case being opened out of Posh courtesy but I guess we will now wait and see the result. Thanks for your business and have a great weekend!
