pledggie Hey Lorelei, I purchased your lulu pants last week & I just received my package but they’re the wrong ones. I received ’on the fly’ wide leg pants. The ones I ordered are the lulu crops with the line down the front of the legs & waist band with 2 rows (I think) of stitching around it. I can’t remember what the style is called but I can find out. I know for sure though that the ones I received are ‘on the fly’ because I own a pair.

pledggie Hey Lorelei so I’ve been working to correct this mix up. I’ve contacted @almac79 who confirmed that she has received my pants by mistake. We (Alma & I) would like to send each other our pants directly but we need you to start a claim on both sales saying that you sent the wrong item to both of us. As buyers we are unable to initiate the correct process. If you could please start this ASAP that’d be great.

pledggie @pharmgirl32 yup you go into your ‘sales’ tab & find the mixed up pants then click on order problem/inquiry & chose that you sent wrong item. You’ll have to fill out a little form thing then they’ll get back to you on next steps.
