Hi! I’m Lori! I’ve been buying and selling since 2001 on another site, and have had wonderful buying/selling experiences now on Poshmark too! All of my listings have been personally worn, loved, and cared for well by me, or sometimes by family members. I love to see my clothing get passed on to a new home where it can continue to be loved! Grateful for a buyer’s trust, so I take pride in doing my best to describe listings accurately and always shipping the next day. I love quality outdoorsy clothing like Patagonia, North Face, Arc’Teryx, and SmartWool. NoBull, Alphalete, and Gymshark for lifting, Rapha, Bontrager and Pearl Izumi for cycling, and Free People, Anthro, VS, Hanky Panky and Cosabella when I want to ‘feel like a lady’. Staying well, biking a lot even though it’s been hot(!), procrastinating way too much on listing more clothes 😏.... if it stays warm they’ll be showing weekend games on the 16’ Jumbo-tron at the Prairie Athletic Club outdoor pools, the irony of a bar at the giant gym 🙃😆... wanna get to the Union yet before it gets really cold out! How are things with you?

Mostly been biking alone or my husband and I pack up the bikes in the car, but no organized rides this year. Tyranena Brewery Oktoberfest ride in Lake Mills is always fun. Recently did a nice 30 mile route down the Sugar River Trail from New Glarus, quiet and pretty. Was close to Paoli, I wanna ride by that town too.

I’m fortunate to just work mornings taking care of a lovely small hobby farm with horses a couple days a week, the kids are adults now and I’m doing work that feeds my soul more than my paycheck for some life balance. Used to be a barn manager for years and a holistic vet assistant, which I also loved. You?

Small world: My niece teaches elementary school special ed in New Berlin; my mom in-law got her Masters in the early 60’s at UW-Madison and taught 3rd & 4th grade in West Bend for 40 years. I lived in RI in the late 80’s- holy heck how’d the weather hit ya near Boston after Henri?

chasela @chadmw Ha! Lived in Providence which was so cool. RI is beautiful to me. You got RISD and Brown in the city. You go east it’s a picture postcard New England scene going over the bridges to Jamestown and Newport, you go west and take a scenic ride down 116 in Scituate and you feel like you’re in Canada. I miss Del’s frozen lemonade 🤣

chasela @chadmw We had the tornado sirens going off here in town at 12:30 am during a wicked storm a few weeks ago. I’m pretty used to bad weather... but that one was scary; what the ominous black skies looked like and how the wind was swirling the trees in a not so typical storm way, and constant strobe light lightning strikes... actually went into the basement for half an hour... grabbing the bewildered little blind dog who was like what the hell? 😆

chasela @chadmw I can't get over this whole Best Buy experience, and I reeeally realize how much I miss and depend on my phone, sort of a life check and such a first world problem tho, I know. Gonna skip buying a newer one tonight, because my 8 has been fine for me and it's the principle of I shouldn't have to buy a newer one if I didn't want one yet, so I'll wait for the replacement, if it only takes a day or two, hopefully. At least everything's in iCloud. NGL I do hate this tho haha.
