vintageoracle @lorianne_white, I gotta say, that's the most unique question I've ever gotten :) heel height is typically measure from the outside of the heel, but for clarity sakes, if I was doing a listing with a heel, I would say that in the listing just in case. For example "6 inch heel measured from the outside of the heel" Hope this helps!
