froggywinks @luluam hi again, so I shipped the item already, but I realized I shipped the wrong item 🤦🏻‍♀️!! My brain isn’t working properly. I sent you the cleaning oil instead of the essence. Since it’s my error, I will mail the Essence to you, and you can keep the oil. I hope you could use the cleansing oil. Sorry about this!!

It looks like Poshmark will send you a return label a to return the item, and then everything gets refunded. What do you think? So sorry about this.

luluam @froggywinks So when I return the oil to you does Poshmark allow you to re-ship the essence at that time or do they just refund me and then close the transaction? Are they charging you for shipping also? Ultimately I’d like the essence but don’t want you to have to pay a ridiculous amount just because you made a mistake.

froggywinks @luluam so, after reading up, once you received the incorrect one, they want you to open the case. You have a choice: either to accept the wrong item, or send it back. They will send both of us a label to mail out items back to each other. Sounds quite a process, and I hate for you to wait. I can go ahead and mail the essence to you. If you would like the oil still, I’m open to any offers. Thanks for patience!
