@onabeach well depend what it is, use your own judgement, you have 3 days to return item other than change your mind, if it is a lot of money, then find another seller or wait to see if you gonna get anything back, maybe ppl.are just busy..

@changeroo I was trying to get in touch with you about the hat. I agree it’s a beautiful hat. I reached out to Poshmark for help with a return and it is something that really is not done. I will try to repost it. But OS is not the best description for it. I have a number of wool type toques and I have no problem with fit. This is unique and is best listed as a medium fit. Likely because of the faux lining.

But it is what I felt particularly because of my response from “support”! I have purchased a good number of items off of this site and spent a good deal of money and the one time that the fit isn’t ok it - when I followed the “procedure” was very unpleasant I must say - even “harsh”. Sorry !
