lleblan3 @metisangel Hello Sheryl Ann, Thank you for letting me know that I am a Posh Ambassador, I didn’t know :)) For my pictures, I use my IPhone, I place my items on a chair under my ceiling light in the kitchen, then position my self to not have any shadows. Most of my pictures have been taken at night with only that ceiling light. I hope this helps. Do not hesitate to ask if you have other questions! Lynn :))

beulahgirl9 Hi Lynn, I ordered Rosignol ski pants from you but I received a Bench jacket, you must have mixed up my order with someone else’s, oops! Before I update the order to “received wrong item” what would you like to do? If you still have the ski pants you could send them to me and I send you back the Bench jacket... I’m in Montréal and I don’t need the ski pants ASAP. But if you sent the ski pants to someone else, it may be more complicated...

Sure I can wait a couple of days, but I just received an email now from Poshmark saying that you have marked the order as wrong item, and they say I should mark mine as “received wrong item” in order for the process to begin. But I can wait if you would rather hear back from them first about the postage slips. Let me know.

That way, the process will begin and hopefully you will receive the pants quickly. Poshmark informed me that it happens sometimes and that they have a process to remedy the situation.
