lyn_wch_wrdrob @mackenziewarken Hi Mackenzie. The shipping is paid by the buyer. But if you offer a lower shipping rate on one of the items your selling you will notice that the discount on shipping does come off of your total you will make on the sale of the item. lyn_wch_wrdrob @mackenziewarken no you are able to print your label regardless. But if the package you are sending is going to be more then 2.5kg or 5.5 lbs I would pay the extra fee for a new shipping label that supports more weight. It’s $1 for each 1 lb increase and you pay that as they seller. You can find more info in the FAQ’s under “how to upgrade a shipping label for heavier weight”
