Hey that top is already shipped!! I dropped in a Canadian post box to keep social distancing. I’m not sure why it hasn’t tracked but it’s already been dropped in and I can’t get it back even if I could !!

@hope_ella absolutely. Whatever you are comfortable with is fine with me. New to all this and not really sure how some of this works. Wasn’t aware that I could just refuse it and have it come back to you, but that makes the most sense. As soon as I get it, I will refuse delivery and let you know that I have done so. Sorry for all the confusion with all of this.

@maggiebyrne02 no worries. I’ve read that sometimes the posties will pick it up from the box and not scan it in for the tracking so it won’t until it gets scanned much closer to the destination. I have learned I’m never dropping it in the boxes again and will make sure i get to the post office within their new hours :)

@maggiebyrne02 if it's Torrid stuff, they make it easy...even if the item is no longer available, u can search it on Google and save the image. Things list so much faster that way. The image links u to the torrid site and the description of the item as well. Then all u have to do is state the condition of the item. Hope this helps!
