maha_zouein50 @srobbins1529 hi Shelley, I think I do need some help if I make a sale, how would I know If I’m setup with accepting payments, if I have a credit card on file, does the payment go into My credit card? Also I’m assuming once I do sell, I would print the shipping label with all the address info of the buyer? It’s hard when you don’t have a telephone number for Support.. thank you and I hope my questions are not too stupid 😊

themakeovershop @maha_zouein50 there are no stupid questions when your learning. I have my account set to my bank account. So after requesting the money through your sales option it goes in within a few days. Yes after you have a sale go into sales and select the sale. Scroll to the bottom and there will be a print label option. Or you will also get an email you can print the label from. Easiest platform I have sold on for after the sale. Good luck.

mmeminou Hi! I am sorry that the dress isn’t the fit you have hoped. It did happen to me too with Poshmark orders and it’s not ideal. There is two pictures showing that the dress is longer in the back but I will take your advice and try to put as much details as possible. I sometimes can’t find the right way to say things in English.... 🤦‍♀️ I am happy that you appreciated the little gifts! I hope you find a new home for this dress! 😌

mmeminou @maha_zouein50 Sorry about that. 😳 I bought a dress on the app in my size from a brand I wear all the time and there is no way to zip up, even if I was to loose 20 pounds! 😩 I will have to reposh or give it away to a friend! It’s the chance we take here and sometimes, it’s a perfect fit! The balance overall is so positive! Hope you will find a perfect fit in my closet someday. 🥰

ingymontreal Hi Maya, I dropped the Joie blouse off yesterday at the post office drop off inside a Pharmaprix ( post cda only opens at 12 on Sunday) . I thought with shipping label that post office staff would scan it when they came in, but unfortunately it’s only going to be scanned at the main post Canada distribution centre before heading your way.
