paintrosesred hi :)I made you a new offer. it is based on previous sales of the same bag and the fact that I will need to purchase a shoulder strap separately although this style usually includes one. I hope you will accept as that is the top of my budget but if not, no hard feelings. thx!

clothinglovr123 @paintrosesred I may be able to find the strap that goes with the bag. When comparing to other listings, this bag is in perfect condition and has been used less than 5 times, therefore I feel a higher evaluation is fair. If that is not within your budget, I apologize.
